At Dahlia Center, we specialize in supporting women experiencing prenatal or postpartum depression, anxiety, guilt, sadness, panic attacks, rage, or insomnia. These conditions, collectively known as Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), affect up to 1 in 5 patients. Our team of providers, all completing a Reproductive and Integrative Psychiatry Fellowship, collaborates closely with each client to develop evidence-based, holistic mental health plans. These plans include lifestyle adjustments, herbal supplements, hormonal balance correction, and psychiatric medication management.
