THE REASON WE STARTED

"The goal isn’t just to feel 'not terrible'. It’s to actually feel good...deeply and sustainably."

- Amanda Hahn | Founder & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Finally...care that
connects the dots

(and sees the whole picture, not just a piece of it)

Instead of juggling separate providers, we offer coordinated, team-based care that brings together psychiatry, hormonal health, and integrative support in one place.

We look beyond isolated symptoms to understand how biology, hormones, chronic conditions, nervous system patterns, and lived experience intersect so nothing important ever gets overlooked.

Women's Mental Health

Comprehensive psychiatric care tailored to individual brains, bodies, and lived experiences and grounded in understanding.

Hormonal Health

Testing, support, and treatment that connect hormone patterns and nervous system regulation to your mood and mental health.

Whole-Body Integrative Care

Whole-person support that translates clinical care into sustainable, real-life changes that strengthen emotional and physical well-being.

We see the whole you

3 SIMPLE STEPS

One intake.
A team behind you.

Step 1: Intake assessment

Book your first visit. Our Intake Coordinator will listen to your whole story (not just your symptoms) and help you feel understood from the start.

Step 2: Personalized care team

We build a coordinated plan across psychiatry, hormonal health, and wellness based on what your body and life actually need.

Step 3: Start feeling whole again

Your care team checks in, adjusts, and supports you through every phase emotionally, hormonally, and practically.

"I wish there were Dahlia-like practices everywhere to meet the high demands of perinatal women in distress! These women are gems. Mandy Hahn has changed my life for the better through her thoughtful care and expertise. How did women do this without support once upon a time?? I am beyond grateful that this practice exists <3"

PATIENT FEEDBACK

Why we started

Dahlia Center began because we were tired of seeing women and gender-diverse individuals dismissed, minimized, or told to “push through it.” Traditional mental health care often ignores the hormonal, physiological, and life-stage realities that shape our emotional lives, and we knew women deserved better.

So we built the kind of care we needed ourselves: whole-person, collaborative, and grounded in both science and lived experience.

That means psychiatric care that looks at the full picture while integrating medication management, hormone and reproductive mental health, and lifestyle factors that influence well-being. It means care that’s compassionate and collaborative, where your voice, values, and lived experience are central to every decision. And it means working as a connected team, using technology to support access and continuity, not replace human connection.

When care is integrated, respectful, and personalized, it creates space for real, sustainable healing...not just symptom management.

Care that respects your identity & lived experience

(affirming, collaborative, and trauma-informed)

Mental health care should never ask you to shrink or separate parts of who you are. Our team centers autonomy, dignity, and context for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals in order to create care plans that honor your story as much as your symptoms.

Ready to get started?
