Specializing in
Women's and Perinatal Holistic Mental Health
OUR SERVICES
Medication Management

Our skilled providers are experts in women's and reproductive psychiatry. They work collaboratively with you to determine if medication would be helpful, and can discuss medication options to empower you in making your own decisions to help you feel your best.
Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy and Postpartum can be incredibly challenging, with 1 in 5 patients developing a mood or anxiety disorder. It can be difficult to find a provider you can trust, who appreciates your unique needs during this period. All of our providers have specialized training and certification in Perinatal Mental Health to help you through this time.
Preconception Counseling

We offer preconception counseling for patients who are currently taking psychiatric medication and would like to discuss the risks and benefits of their treatment. We also offer this for patients who are not currently getting treatment, but who would like to discuss a preventative plan for their mental health during pregnancy and postpartum.
Holistic Wellness Groups

At Dahlia Center, we believe mental health encompasses much more than medication. That's why we're proud to offer our Holistic Mental Wellness Groups, designed to address all aspects of mental wellness. These virtual groups provide a space for more in-depth discussions and foster a strong sense of community. Additionally, they provide a more cost-effective option for patients.
Holistic Wellness Coaching
We're committed to supporting your journey toward holistic well-being. Our innovative Health and Wellness Coaching program is designed to empower you to achieve your personal health and wellness goals by integrating coaching into medical appointments. This approach not only enhances the coaching experience, but also ensures that your wellness journey is supported by comprehensive medical expertise.
Father/Partner Treatment

Up to 1 in 10 fathers develop a postpartum mood or anxiety disorder. We offer psychiatric treatment for dads and partners during the perinatal period up to one year postpartum.
