For me, self-care is all about intentionally protecting and focusing on my peace. I practice what I preach by grounding myself in a few daily pillars that keep my mind and body aligned:
Creating a Calming Environment: I find immense peace in a clean, organized, and clutter-free home. A tidy space allows my mind to rest and reset.
Nourishing My Body: Eating healthy, nutrient-dense foods isn't just about nutrition for me—it’s a foundational way I care for my physical and mental well-being.
Staying Physically Active: Whether I'm out in nature, on the badminton court, or catching a wave, moving my body is how I release stress and channel positive energy.
Emotional Mastery: True self-care means checking in with myself, processing my thoughts, and staying in the driver’s seat of my emotions so I can show up fully for myself and my patients.
