LIFESTYLE & WELLNESS SUPPORT SERVICES
Wellness Coordinators
At Dahlia Center, we know that improving mental health often takes more than medication or insight—it takes support for everyday follow-through. Our Wellness Coordinators are here to help you turn your care plan into meaningful, sustainable action.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, burnout, hormonal mood swings, chronic stress, or just trying to create routines that work for your life, our wellness team provides hands-on, compassionate support that bridges the gap between knowing and doing.

Who It's For
Wellness Coordination is available to all Dahlia Center patients, regardless of which track (Psychiatry or Hormonal Health) you're in. It’s especially helpful for those who:
-
Feel overwhelmed by the “how” of self-care
-
Struggle with follow-through, planning, or pacing
-
Want accountability without pressure
-
Need tools that support both brain and body
-
Are working with ADHD, chronic illness, trauma, or life overload
What It's Not
Our Wellness Coordinators are not therapists or licensed coaches. They don’t provide psychotherapy, trauma processing, or clinical diagnoses. Instead, they work alongside your providers to offer actionable, non-clinical support that helps you apply the tools and goals from your treatment plan in everyday life.
Collaborative, whole-person support
Wellness Coordinators are an integrated part of your care team. They collaborate with your psychiatric or hormonal care provider, and may also coordinate with our Registered Dietitian to support nutrition-related goals, energy regulation, or mood-related eating patterns.

You don’t need to figure it all out alone—we’re here to help you build rhythms that actually support your mental health.
Small steps. Realistic changes. Personalized support. Let our wellness team help you turn your care plan into a life that feels more balanced, supported, and sustainable.
