HORMONAL HEALTH SERVICES

Menopause & Perimenopause Treatment

Perimenopause typically begins in the 40s, though it can start earlier. During this phase, estrogen and progesterone levels fluctuate (sometimes dramatically) leading to unpredictable physical and emotional symptoms.

Menopause is officially defined as 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period, but symptoms can continue for years beyond that point.

For many women, what feels like sudden anxiety, worsening depression, ADHD symptoms, sleep disruption, or mood instability is often tied to these hormonal shifts.
